Wax melts safety and Burning instructions

Safety
1. Use approved wax warmers:
  • Only use wax melts with warmers approved for wax melts. Do not use oil burners or other types of heating devices not intended for wax melts.
2. Place on stable, heat resistant surface:
  • Ensure your wax warmer is placed on a stable, heat resistant surface to prevent any heat damage or tipping.
3. Keep away from flammable objects:
  • Keep your wax warmer and mets away from flammable objects such as curtains, furniture, bedding, books, and paper.
4. Keep out of reach of children and pets:
  • Place the wax warmer in an area that children and pets cannot access to avoid accidents and burn.
5. Do not add water:
  • Never add water to wax warmer. Wax melts are designed to be used without any additional liquids.
6. Avoid overfilling:
  • Do not over the warmer. Use the recommended amount of wax melts as specified by the manufacture.

 

Burning instructions

1. Initial use:

  • Place one or two  melts in the warmer dish. Refer to warmer instructions for exact amount.

2. Turn on warmer:

  • Turn on the wax warmer according to the manufacturer's instructions. If it's an electric warmer, plug it in and switch it on. If it uses a tea light, place the tea light candle under the dish.

3. Melt and enjoy:

  • Allow the wax to melt completely. The fragrance will be released into the air as the wax melts.

4. Do not move while in use:

  • Do not move the wax warmer while the wax is melted to prevent spills and burns.

5. Extinguish properly:

  • If using an electric warmer, turn it off when you're finished using it. If using a tea light warmer, allow the tea light burn out on its own or use extinguish it with a snuffer.

 

Replacing wax melts

1. Allow wax to cool and harden:

  • Let the wax to cool and harden completely before attempting to remove it from the warmer.

2. Remove the cool and hardened wax:

  • To remove the hardened wax, gently push it out of the warmer dish. You can also warm the dish slightly to soften the wax fro easier removal.

3. Clean the warmer:

  • Clean the warmer dish with warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly before adding  new wax melts.

Additional tips

  • Store wax melts properly: Store wax melts in a cool, dark place to maintain their fragrance and quality.
  • Use In well ventilated areas: Ensure the area where you use wax melts is well ventilated to disperse the fragrance evenly.
  • Avoid direct sunlight: Keep the wax warmer out of direct sunlight to prevent the wax from melting prematurely.
